Operating Principle: Transmission and Conversion of Liquid Kinetic Energy

The core operation of a hydraulic coupling relies on the synergy between the pump impeller and the turbine. When a power machine drives the hydrodynamic Coupling to operate, the pump impeller first agitates the liquid in the cavity. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is accelerated from the inlet of the flow channel (where the radius is smaller) and then thrown toward the outlet (where the radius is larger), resulting in a significant increase in momentum. At the outlet of the pump impeller, the high-speed and high-pressure liquid flow impacts the turbine blades, driving the turbine to rotate by releasing liquid kinetic energy. Finally, the turbine converts the liquid kinetic energy back into mechanical energy, completing the transmission of power from input to output.
