I. Working medium
Use 6# hydraulic transmission oil or 32# turbine oil.
II. Refueling operation
Add filtered (filtration accuracy not less than 40μm) working oil from the filter until the tank level reaches the "maximum oil level" (marked on the level gauge).
III. Rotation direction
It must be consistent with the rotation direction of the motor and working machine.
IV. Check items before starting operation
Confirming that the working oil temperature in the tank is higher than -5℃.
Checking whether the coupling conduit is at "0" position or the lowest limit.
Opening the cooling water valve to ensure sufficient cooling water supply.
Checking the flexibility and accuracy of each instrument and electrical component.
Checking whether the rotation of the motor, coupling, and working machine is flexible.
V. Shutdown Operation
Adjust the conduit to "0" position or the lowest limit.
After 10 minutes of shutdown, close the cooling water valve; if the air temperature is below 0℃, the cooling water in the cooler needs to be drained.
VI. Working oil parameter requirements during operation
The working oil temperature needs to be controlled between 40℃ and 88℃.
The working oil pressure should be maintained within the range of 0.05MPa to 0.35MPa.
VII. Maintenance and Maintenance Specifications
After the new machine has run for 100 hours, clean the filter screen and air filter, and check the impurities and water content in the oil.
After the new machine has run for 500 hours, clean the filter screen and air filter, drain the working oil (including the oil at the cooler), and re-add working oil with a filtration accuracy of not less than 40μm.
For every 1000 hours of operation, perform inspection and maintenance according to step 1.
After the new machine has run for 6000 hours, replace the working oil and the oil seal at the duct gland; after that, replace the working oil and the oil seal at the duct gland in time every 15000 hours of operation or when the working oil is found to be deteriorated.
After the new machine runs for 6000 hours, check and maintain the coupling, and check the alignment of the coupling, motor, and working machine.
VIII. Maintenance during Long-Term Shutdown
Take good protection to prevent the coupling from entering water or getting damp, and maintain the exposed bright parts.
Operate the coupling once every 2 to 3 months, and run it for about 20 to 30 minutes each time.
IX. External Pump Operation Requirements
When the coupling is an external pump, the start and stop of the motor of the external pump must be synchronized with the main motor.
